Plot Summary: Goro Watari is a mutant college student with psionic powers. Goro has gone through a lot of hardships in his life. He lost his mother when he was a child and a childhood girlfriend name Terresa who was taken away from him by an American solider during the American occupation of Japan. One day the Neo-Human Empire began its attack on mankind with its Fantom Army consisting of mutants and foot soldiers. Goro puts his psionic powers to use as Inazuman.
