Plot Summary:
Upon receiving a bad cold and becoming discouraged by the fact that the majority of the human population doesn’t care about him and the holiday of Christmas anymore, Santa had decided to take a break from doing his annual tradition of delivering presents across the world. In hopes of changing his mind, Mrs. Claus instructs two elves named Jingle and Jangle to seek out evidence that there are humans who do still appreciate Santa. Jingle and Jangle traveled on Vixen a younger reindeer to a southern town in America known as Southtown. When their search became fruitless, the elves soon discovered that Vixen was captured by a dog catcher and is held at the pound. With no money to release Vixen from the pound, the elves tried making a deal with the mayor, who in turn will release Vixen if the elves can make it snow in Southtown. Upon getting help from Mrs. Claus, they travel to the entity brothers known as the Snow Miser and Heat Miser to strike a deal to make it snow in Southtown.
