Plot Summary: Charles-Henri Sanson was reigning as the head of a family of executioners. His life long dream is for there to be a world without execution have since faded as the legacy of House Sanson takes precedence. His younger sister Marie-Joseph, who is stationed at the office of Versailles, lives a free and normal lifestyle. Completely unshackled by the precepts of the society that jeopardizes the sanctity of that legacy. Following the death of her first love, Alain, she sets herself on a vengeful path of revenge and will stop at nothing to expose the murderer and overthrow the unjust system that costed Alain’s life.
