Animated Optimus Prime raps about traffic safety
The Ohio Department of Transportation began streaming a 65-second public service announcement featuring the Transformers franchise character Optimus Prime on Monday. In the re-dubbed video, Optimus raps about traffic safety issues in Ohio. The animated sequences appear to be editted from a Transformers television anime series.
