Robotics;Notes Game's Promo Streamed

A new promotional video for Robotics;Notes, the new collaborative game from game developers Nitroplus and 5pb., began streaming on Friday. Mages. will release the game on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles in Japan on June 28. Fuji TV announced a television anime adaptation on Friday that will air on its Noitamina programming block in October. The below promotional video is an extended video of the anime project's announcement trailer, which Fuji TV streamed earlier on Friday.
The end of the trailer notes the game's staff and cast. The cast includes Ryōhei Kimura, Yoshino Nanjō, Kaori Nazuka, Sora Tokui, Yoshimasa Hosoya, and Rie Kugimiya. Tatsuya Matsubara is producing the game, and Tomonori Fukuda is handling the character designs. Tsuyoshi Abo is in charge of the music, and Makoto Ishiwata is in charge of the mechanical designs. 5pb. and Nitroplus are working with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) on the game.
The "scientific adventure game" is set in a future world with realistic augmented reality technology. It follows a robotics club in danger of being disbanded. The game will ship for both consoles in a regular edition for 7,140 yen (about US$85) and a limited edition for 9,240 yen (about US$115).
