Cuticle Detective Holds Campaign With Real Salon

posted on by Sarah Nelkin
Salon decorated with anime with shampoo & conditioner set offer

As of Friday, the Japanese hair salon Hair Salon Sunz in Ikebukuro, Tokyo has begun a collaboration campaign with the Cuticle Detective Inaba anime. Customers who reserve an appointment for one of the styles on the limited time menu will receive a mini-bottle shampoo and conditioner set with an original card from the anime. Cuticle Detective Inaba-themed decorations are placed inside and out of the store, with goat villain Don Valentino on the shop's front window. The collaboration mainly centers around show protagonist Hiroshi Inaba, because of his love of hair. The services that are being offered on the limited time menu are a bit different from ones usually offered at the shop.

Appointments can only be made by reservation, the presents will be available while supplies last. Those who want to receive Cuticle Detective goods must tell the clerk when making the appointment that they found out about the campaign on the Cuticle Detective Inaba website. The campaign will end at the end of February. Prices vary, and can be confirmed at the anime's official website.

Crunchyroll is streaming the anime into several countries as it airs in Japan, while Sentai Filmworks has licensed the anime for home video and digital release in North America.
