This year's eighth issue of Shogakukan's Sho-Comi magazine featured the titular character of Gosho Aoyama's Detective Conan manga on the cover along with bonus goodies inside to promote the franchise's 21st film, Detective Conan: The Crimson Love Letter.
This year's ninth issue is continuing the collaboration. While Conan himself isn't the focus of the cover, he does appear with the characters from Koi Furu Colorful - Zenbu Kimi to Hajimete. Both are dressed in Sherlock Holmes' signature deerstalker caps.
The issue is also bundling a Detective Conan "Anything Album" and "snapshot" images of Conan, Shinichi Kudō, and friends.
The magazine went on sale on Wednesday. Besides the bonus Detective Conan content, it also includes the new series Kagehime no Konrei by Hisa Kyōmachi and an bonus chapter of Rina Yagami's Ani ni Ai Saresugite Komattemasu
The Detective Conan anime is continuing its 20th anniversary celebrations with Universal Studios Japan, the Monster Hunter XX game, and unique gravure photo shoots. The franchise's 21st film Detective Conan: The Crimson Love Letter opens in Japan on April 15.
