Plan an Ideal Date with Karakai Jōzu no Takagi-san's Date Spot Website

Shogakukan's Gessan magazine announced on Thursday that for the 100th issue of the magazine, it will open a date spot website with the characters from Sōichirō Yamamoto's Karakai Jōzu no Takagi-san (Takagi-san, the Master of Teasing) manga. The September issue of the magazine goes on sale on August 12 while the "Gessan Walker" website will be available on August 10.
Gessan released a video featuring the voice actress for Takagi, Rie Takahashi, introducing the site on Wednesday.
The site will introduce date spots in 47 different prefectures. Users will answer a series of questions from the character Takagi and the character Otomi from Mitsuru Adachi's MIX manga to determine their ideal date location.
If users share the results of their ideal date spot quiz, they can be entered in a lottery to win one of three "travel tickets" worth 3000 yen (approximately US$27.)
Shogakukan will also run a campaign with the Gessan magazine where users have a chance to receive a bromide featuring images from the "Gessan Walker" site.
Yamamoto launched the manga in Gessan mini, the accompanying booklet to the main Gessan magazine, in 2013. After Yamamoto finished serializing his Fudatsuki no Kyōko-chan manga in Gessan in June 2016, Karakai Jōzu no Takagi-san moved to Gessan in July.
The manga topped a poll in March by the Anime! Anime! news website for manga that readers want to receive an anime adaptation. Gessan announced in July that the manga will receive an anime adaptation in 2018.
