Cells at Work!, Pocari Sweat Team Up at Comiket 96 to Combat Heat Stroke

Heat stroke is a health issue that afflicts many Summer Comiket goers. Fortunately, Cells at Work! is around this year to spread awareness about how to take care of the human body, and the biology-themed anime is teaming up with sports drink manufacturer Pocari Sweat to sell ion water and jellies at Comiket 96.
The Pocari Sweat booths will be located at the West and South Exhibition Halls in Tokyo Big Sight, plus the Tokyo Rinkai Disaster Prevention Park. The booths will sell Pocari Sweat-related products. Purchase two items and you'll receive a Cells at Work! original sticker. Purchase a set of items and you'll receive three stickers.
Cells at Work! and Pocari Sweat collaborated last month on a bonus episode 11.5, which shows an alternate ending to the heat stroke-themed episode 11 where drinking Pocari Sweat saves the day.
Comiket 96 will expand to a record four days, from August 9 to August 12, 2019. Due to renovations for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, the event will have less space at its normal venue of Tokyo Big Sight in 2019. Comiket will still place the regular dōjinshi circles in Tokyo Big Sight's existing West Exhibition Hall and two areas in the South Exhibition Hall, but the booths for commercial companies will be about 1.5 kilometers (about one mile) away, in the Aomi Exhibition Hall near the Rinkai train line's Tokyo Teleport Station.
