Princess Mononoke On DVD

The "Princess Mononoke" VHS and DVD will be released on June
13, 2000 by Buena Vista(BVHE). The DVD will have Japanese and English language tracks. English closed captions are also available.
The VHS will be the English dubbed version. No decision has been made about a subtitled version on VHS. The bonus materials include the theatrical trailer and a featurette. The run time is approx. 133 minutes.BVHE is still developing the advertising/PR campaign.

In a related development, according to a source from Studio Ghibli, Buena Vista has only seeked permission for the DVD rights of Princess Mononoke, not to any other of Ghibli films that Buena Vista has obtained distributions rights too.
