New Anime Series in Japan

According to Anihabara, a new 1-hour anime series will start in April on the Japanese Sky-Perfec-TV channel. Entitled Figure 17 - Tsubasa and Hikaru, this anime is unusual because standard television anime series only run for one-half hour per broadcast.
