Disney aquired Fox Family Worldwide, Inc. today for a total of $5.2 billion. This includes $2.9 billion in cash and $2.3 billion in dept assumption. The aquisition was agreed upon after the cash price was reduced by $100 million. Source: CTV Newsnet
