Law restricting mature content not to be enforced pending ruling

The Media Coalition has reportedly struck a "temporary" deal with Arkansas Attorney General's office in their lawsuit challenging Arkansas Act 858, which restricts display of publications deemed "harmful to minors." Under the terms of the agreement, the Arkansas Attorney General's Office has agreed not to enforce the new display law until a ruling is reached regarding the case's merit. In return, the Media Coalition has agreed to drop the governor and the attorney general from the case as defendants.
