Ohba-Kai's comedy of generals during Japan's tumultuous sengoku period

An anime adaptation of Ohba-Kai's Tono to Issho 4-panel gag manga has been green-lit. The manga follows the humorous exploits of generals during Japan's tumultuous sengoku (Era of the Warring States) period. It has been running in Media Factory's Monthly Comic Flapper magazine, and the fourth compiled book volume is shipping on Saturday.

More details on the anime adaptation will be revealed in the January issue of Monthly Comic Flapper on December 5. The manga already inspired a drama CD this past June, and the second drama CD will ship on November 25.
