Nana Mizuki to Sing 'Pop Master' on New Year's Kohaku

The Japanese vocalist Nana Mizuki will sing "Pop Master" for this year's Kōhaku Uta Gassen (Red and White Song Battle) singing contest. The New Year's Eve television program will also include performances by AKB48, L'Arc-en-Ciel, Porno Graffiti, Ayumi Hamasaki, Arashi, Exile, and SMAP.
Mizuki released the Pop Master, Scarlet Knight, and Junketsu Paradox single CDs this year. She has performed theme songs for the Blood-C, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, and Rosario + Vampire anime as well as voice acting in many television series, films, and video anime.
