James Cameron Still Plans Battle Angel, But Not For a Few Years

The Ain't It Cool News website asked director James Cameron (Terminator, Aliens, Titanic) if he gave up on adapting Yukito Kishiro's Battle Angel Alita (GUNNM) manga, and he responded: "No. I still love that project. But Battle Angel is not going to happen for a few years."
Cameron had said last month that he was dedicating himself solely to the Avatar film sequels and documentaries, although he had earlier reiterated his plans to adapt Battle Angel after the Avatar sequels.
