J.C. Staff's anime based on Kôji Kumeta, Yasu's comedy manga to premiere on July 5

A new television commercial for the upcoming anime adaptation of Kôji Kumeta and Yasu's Joshiraku comedy manga ran during Friday's airing of Natsuiro Kiseki. Unlike the previous commercial that ran in May, this commercial features animated footage.

Masayoshi Tanaka (anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day, Toradora!) is the character designer, Yoshikazu Iwanami (Panty and Stocking With Garterbelt, Blood-C ) is the sound director, and Starchild Records is handling music production.

The series stars Ayane Sakura as Marii Buratei, Kotori Koiwai as Kigurumi Harōkitei, Nozomi Yamamoto as Tetora Bōhatei, Saori Goto as Kukuru Anrakutei, and Yoshino Nanjou as Gankyō Kūrubiyūtei.
