Vagabond #34, Real #12 Manga Slated for Fall in Japan

Manga creator Takehiko Inoue announced on Tuesday that the 34th volume of his Vagabond series will ship in Japan on October 23, followed by the 12th REAL volume in November.

Simon & Schuster, the distributor for North American manga publisher Viz Media, tentatively lists the 34th Vagabond volume, but Viz emphasized to ANN that the North American street date has not been confirmed. Simon & Schuster also lists the 11th REAL volume.

Inoue returned to drawing the manga Kodansha's Weekly Morning magazine in March after a roughly 18-month-long hiatus. North American manga publisher Viz Media released the 33rd Vagabond volume in October of 2010, and then the 10th REAL volume last November.
