posted on by Ko Ransom
Japanese publisher Shogakukan will be releasing a new edition of Kazuo Umezu's 14-Sai (Fourteen) manga this fall as their 13th title in the "Umezz Perfection" line of re-releases of the horror manga artist's work. The new edition will span four volumes, and will include a "true ending" that takes place over the course of 18 newly drawn color pages.
The horror manga depicts Chicken George, a humanoid chicken resulting from a biological experiment gone awry in an apocalyptic 22nd-century Earth. It was originally serialized from 1990 to 1995 in Shogakukan's Big Comic Spirits magazine.
