Milky Holmes Alternative One Special's Promo Streamed

The official Niconico channel for the Detective Opera Milky Holmes anime began streaming the promotional video for this summer's television anime special, Tantei Opera Milky Holmes Alternative ONE -Kobayashi Opera to 5-mai no Kaiga- (Detective Opera Milky Holmes Alternative One: Opera Kobayashi and the Five Paintings).
The special is set in an alternate storyline in which the girl detectives do not lose the "Toys" that grant them special powers. They visit Opera Kobayashi in London, but as soon as they arrive, they are asked to solve a case of five paintings.
The special will stream online for a fee in Japan on August 19, before its television premiere on August 25. Crunchyroll streamed the first television anime series outside Japan, and Funimation and Nico Nico licensed the second series.
