Professor Layton Chocolates Come With Clues for Next Game
posted on by Sarah Nelkin
Japanese confectionary maker Ezaki Glico and Level-5's puzzle handheld video game series Professor Layton will be collaborating on Professor Layton-themed chocolate. The chocolate, titled “Nazo Toki Break Chocolate” (Puzzle-Solving Break Chocolate), comes in two flavors: Gâteau Chocolat and Oolong Tea Chiffon Cake.
Each package of chocolate will have one of 10 Nazo-Toki Cards with a puzzle. It will also have a password for a puzzle in the Layton-Kyōju to Chō-Bunmei A no Isan (Professor Layton and the Legacy of the Super Civilization A) video game itself.
The chocolate will be available in Japanese convenience stores only from January 15 until the end of March. Layton-Kyōju to Chō-Bunmei A no Isan, "final" Professor Layton game, will be released on the Nintendo 3DS in Japan this year.
