Otome Youkai Zakuro's Hoshino Draws 'Kigurumi Guardians' 1-Shot

Manga creator Lily Hoshino (Otome Yōkai Zakuro, Penguindrum character designs) will be debuting her one-shot manga "Kigurumi Guardians" in the April issue of Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine on March 2. The romantic comedy revolves around a handsome boy, a beautiful girl, and a person in a stuffed animal costume. This will be Hoshino's first manga in Nakayoshi, a magazine aimed at younger readers than her main works.
The eighth volume of Lily Hoshino's Otome Yōkai Zakuro manga will ship on March 23. A limited edition of the manga will come bundled with a drama CD, featuring the voice actors from the anime that aired 2010, with Mai Nakahara (Clannad, Myself; Yourself) as Zakuro, and Takahiro Sakurai (.hack//Roots, Hatenkou Yuugi) as Kei Agemaki.
