Discotek Licenses Ghost Stories TV Anime

Gakkō no Kaidan was once released by ADV Films in 2005
North American video distributor Discotek Media announced on Wednesday that it licensed the television anime series Ghost Stories (Gakkō no Kaidan).
Pierrot's Ghost Stories television anime premiered in Japan in 2000, and ADV Films released it in North America in 2005-2006. The story follows a young girl named Satsuki who receives a book of spells after her mother passes away. The book allows her to fight ghosts, so she and her friends take on the spirits haunting her new school.
Discotek will release the series next year with the "hilarious English dub" and English subtitles, along with the original Japanese language track.
