Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Game Adds Wilnas on August 5

Cygames announced on Sunday that its Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising fighting game will add Wilnas as part of the game's Character Pass 2 on August 5. Cygames is also streaming a gameplay trailer for the character. The video also reveals Meg will launch in the game in October
The game's Version 2.20 will also launch on August 5.
The game will also launch a collaboration with Zombie Land Saga to commemorate the upcoming Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise film with an avatar set featuring the anime character Kotaro Tatsumi.
Character Pass 2 for the game also includes Sandalphon and Galleon, and will add Meg and Ilsa. Cygames released Sandalphon on February 26, and released Galleon on May 28.
Cygames will release Meg in fall 2025, and Ilsa in early 2026.
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising launched for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam in December 2023. Characters in the game's Character Pass 1 included: Lucilius, 2B, Vane, Beatrix, Versusia, and Vikala.
Arc System Works and Cygames launched the Granblue Fantasy: Versus fighting game in Japan in February 2020, and then launched the game in North America in March 2020. Marvelous Europe released the game in Europe and Australia in March 2020. The game also launched on PC in March 2020.
