The #1 Kids' Broadcaster Orders 26 Additional Powered-Up Episodes For 2003-2004 Season To Bring Total Commitment Of Series To 40 Episodes

BURBANK, CA (December 15, 2003) - Kids WB, the #1 broadcast network for kids, has ordered an additional 26 original episodes of last year's cyber-adventure animé hit series MegaMan NT Warrior from ShoPro Entertainment for a second season. MegaMan NT Warrior is powering up to bring more adventures to Kids WB in Spring 2004, bringing the commitment to a total of 40 episodes. The announcement was made today by John Hardman, Senior Vice President, Kids WB Programming, and John Easum, Senior Vice President, ShoPro Entertainment.

With its premiere on Saturday, May 17, MegaMan NT Warrior charged up the ratings - debuting as the #2 overall program among Boys 6-11, and ranking #1 against the broadcast competition in Kids 2-11 and Kids 6-11, #2 in Boys 2-11, and among the top seven programs in Tweens 9-14 and Male Tweens 9-14. The summer addition of MegaMan NT Warrior to Kids WB's Saturday morning line-up gave the 9:30 a.m. ET/8:30 a.m. PT time period a boost among Boys 2-11 (+13.9%), Boys 6-11 (+15.2%), and Tweens (+17.9%) versus the equivalent time period a year ago.

"MegaMan NT Warrior proved to be the breakout hit we knew it would be," said Mr. Hardman. "With its strong first season performance, we look forward to the 26 new cyber-adventure episodes joining Kids WB's hit schedule in Spring 2004."

"We are extremely proud and excited to continue our strong partnership with Kids WB, the #1 broadcast network for kids," said Mr. Easum. "MegaMan NT Warrior delivers the perfect fusion of computer-technology, superheroes and humor for today's tech-savvy, adventure-seeking fans."

MegaMan NT Warrior is set in the year 200X, where virtually all technology is linked to a central computer system. Citizens interface with this network using their personal "NetNavis" (Net Navigators) accessed via their personal terminals (PETs). This futuristic world requires kids and their families to interact with rapidly progressive technology...where hackers and high-tech computer crimes threaten their lives and the entire universe. The responsibility to save the computer-generated world and protect their town falls upon tech-savvy Lan and his NetNavi, Megaman with his advanced power upgrades - as these net-warriors unite to expose the darkness within their digital universe. Jack in...log on...and power up...for an energizing second season of cyber-adventures.
