Dive into Adventure with The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross 'Fantastic Summer Vacation' Update
LOS ANGELES – AUGUST 29, 2025 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality games, launched a new game update for The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross (7DS) featuring the “Fantastic Summer Vacation” theme. This update ushers in a fresh wave of gameplay, special seasonal activities, and bountiful rewards.
The update introduces SSR hero [Passionate Summer] Promise Keeper Gelda. This character comes from an Unknown race who can also team up with Demon race allies. Gelda is a versatile protector in battle receiving high durability and the ability to absorb damage taken by teammates.
Players can recruit Gelda through the Fantastic Summer Vacation Special Draw that guarantees an SSR hero at 300 Mileage and Gelda at 600 Mileage. Reaching 600 Mileage twice lets players choose a natural-born UR-grade hero or one of the newly added characters.
As part of the Summer-themed activities, players can experience the 28-day Check-In Event featuring Draw Tickets, Growth and Holy Relic materials. Special Missions will offer Diamonds among other rewards; while the limited-time story World Event: In Search of the Fantastic Island is now available as well. Additional challenges return with Final Boss Battle: Gowther and Event Boss Battle: Giant Hawk offer Legendary Seals, costume parts, and Artifact Cards. Other event content includes “Hawk's Great Dream Adventure” where players defeat waves of enemies to help Hawk grow stronger which unlocks an Exchange Shop in the EXTRA stage to trade for Growth Materials.
Previously released summer costumes return at discounted prices. Additionally, system updates such as improved Patrol rewards, a new Hard mode for Demon King Battle, a Holy Relic for [Hammer of Justice] God of Thunder Thor, expanded Item Storage, and UI enhancements for Artifacts and hero management are now available.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross translates the storytelling and adventures of [The Seven Deadly Sins] into a highly engaging and entertaining mobile gaming experience. The game features stunning, high-resolution 3D graphics, more than 100 dramatic cutscenes, and is brought to life with the cast of the original Japanese voice actors reprising their characters.
