'Katamari Damacy Series Neo Remixes' DLC Drops DJ-Themed Music and Content for Once Upon a Katamari

IRVINE Calif. – March 6, 2026 – Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. today announced the release of new DLC for Once Upon A KATAMARI™ with the “Katamari Damacy Series NEO Remixes,” adding music collaborations and fan-favorite accessories from past entries in the KATAMARI DAMACY™ series. This DJ-themed DLC features five remix tracks from previous games, and all players can get a free set of DJ accessories. Once Upon A KATAMARI is available now on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam®, and Nintendo Switch™. The “Katamari Damacy Series NEO Remixes” DLC can be purchased separately. The NEO Remixes DLC includes these five remix tracks from previous KATAMARI DAMACY games:

*Walking on a Star! Junichi Nakatsuru Remix
*Family Damacy – Yoshihito Yano Remix

The 10 new accessories from past games in the series let players customize their own unique Cousin with items including: Goggles, Sparkle, Sword, Survival Bag, and more.

In Once Upon A KATAMARI, players experience the series like never before, on a journey across time featuring new stages and a new competitive multiplayer mode. The game's memorable music returns with a new soundtrack, new customization options, and fun tools such as a new magnet to pull in nearby items. Players can choose to play as The Prince or any of the 68 cousins, all of whom can be customized with different colors and facial features. Use the customized character to stand out in KatamariBall, a new four-player competitive mode where players attempt to roll the largest Katamari and convert it into points within a limited time. KatamariBall will support both online multiplayer and offline play against CPU opponents.
