Amasian TV to Stream Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Free With English Dub in North America on March 6
Fullerton, CA – Amasian TV announced that it will begin streaming Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (English Dubbed) on March 6 in the United States and Canada. The 64-episode series will be available to watch legally for FREE on demand (VOD) and FAST(Free Ad-Supported TV), with no subscription or account required.
With many anime streaming services shifting toward subscription-only (SVOD) models, access to premium titles has become more limited for casual viewers. Amasian TV will offer FREE, ad-supported streaming options in North America for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, available without subscription or login requirements.
Later in March, the service will also stream Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood in its original Japanese audio with subtitles available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. In addition, the series will be featured on Amasian TV's branded FAST channel, Anime 24/7, available on the platform as well as LG Channels and Plex.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, originally produced by studio Bones and based on Hiromu Arakawa's manga, follows brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric in their search for the Philosopher's Stone after a forbidden alchemical ritual costs them their bodies. The series is widely regarded as one of the most acclaimed anime titles of the 2000s and continues to rank among the highest-rated anime series internationally.
“As more anime platforms move behind subscription walls, access has become a growing barrier for audiences,” said Peter Park, Chief Strategy Officer at ODK Media. “By offering Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood free and without login requirements, we're removing friction and expanding legal access to one of the medium's most celebrated titles.”
“We believe premium anime should be easy for audiences to discover and enjoy,” added Young Joon Cha, CEO of ODK Media.
The series will be available beginning March 6 at www.amasian.tv, as well as on Amasian TV mobile apps and connected TV devices including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, LG, Google TV, and Vizio.
