This a loose list; I constantly change it, but my selections are sincere. Everything I post are those that I love.

My Top 10 Rating
Cross Game (TV) Excellent
#7 /
Fullmetal Alchemist (TV) Masterpiece
#6 / The one that got me interested in anime. I love this more than Brotherhood, simply because it's core message is treated more with idealism than as a standard shonen plot point. It's ending is bittersweet, but it's deserving, took more risks, and still has closure. It's something I don't think I'll forget...
Gintama' (TV 3/2012)
Koi Kaze (TV) Masterpiece
#3 / My favorite romance. The ultimate and most painful of love stories... done perfectly. I don't think I'll ever see anything more moving than this. It might not ever receive the recognition that it deserves, but it's a treasure that awaits.
Martian Successor Nadesico (TV) Very good
#9 / This is my favorite straight comedy anime. Chock full of witty, timeless humor that goes great with it's silly and fun cast. The story part comes off stale at first, but it's message and ending fleshes out fandom, differences of idolizing something, and how to live according to yourself. Of course... as meaningful as the messages are, they're portrayed as silly as it always is.
NANA (TV) Masterpiece
#4 / Ending didn't bother me one bit. Sure, I maybe was curious, but the power of the show still rang through... Everything about the show, I now love 100%. Earlier eps were true enough to life already, but the events in the later parts brought the WHOLE thing together as a story of life. One that showcases pretty much all the ups and downs about it... By the time it was all over, I simply smiled and nodded: "This is a masterpiece. A masterpiece I love."
Now and Then, Here and There (TV) Excellent
#8 / Aside from Grave of the Fireflies, this just might be one of the best war animes out there! Characterization, plot accomplishments, motifs, depth, music, and ending are all otherworldly top-notch. As soon as I finished this, there was no way I couldn't include this in my Top 10. It just wasn't possible.
(The) Super Dimension Fortress Macross (TV) Excellent
#5 /
(The) Tatami Galaxy (TV) Masterpiece
#2 / Similar to NHK but not quite. This one focuses on what makes a life worth living, how there's no "right" answer, and to just... seize the moment! Almost took the #1 spot from NHK, but lacked me closely relating to it.
Welcome to the NHK (TV) Masterpiece
#1 / A perfect example of life in the dumps, and how tortured people can still find happiness... Thus far, the only one capable of being my Top.
