hello,
I bought the AYA DVD with the limited edition collectors box today and I have a very small complaint regarding the DVD. In episode 1: around the 10minute 25second mark both language tracks seem to mute themselves out and the subtitles disappear for about 10 seconds. I contacted the store I purchased it from regarding a replacement DVD, and the DVD that was replaced did the exact same thing. This is quite annoying IMO and would like to get the word out so Pioneer Animation will do something about this (hopefully offer a fixed DVD where this problem does not occur). -- Mike |

Hmmm.... Have you tried the disc in another player? In some cases, the DVD player might be the source of the problem rather than the DVD itself. It's odd that both the DVD and its replacement did the same thing, however.. |

Hm, that's odd. I have the DVD and it works fine for me. Try it on a different DVD player, perhaps. Maybe it was just a bad batch, so you can always try buying from a different store.

I tried it on a friend's DVD player and it works just fine ... so it's my DVD player. -- Mike |
