I'm more under the impression that the bunny is the mascot for a TV station that is primarily aimed at teens/young adult music fans and not so much as an endorsement for "children's television." But hey it's a cartoon so it has to be for children.

I don't think that just because something is a cartoon it's aimed at children but to me the art style looked straight out of a nickelodeon show.
