UPDATE:
Submitting the "Licensed by" information is no longer restricted to staff. You no longer need to use this thread; just submit the information yourself.

Original "licensed" thread is here. It was getting messy between non-north american licenses, and north-american licenses.

Anything outside of the USA and Canada goes here.

Despite being part of North America, Mexico also goes here.

Talking about Naruto, the show was recently liscensed in Latin America. Last Jan 4th they have started dubbing it to spanish. VIZ says it will premiere in January 2007. The dubbing director is Eduardo García and it's being dubbed by Artspot in Mexico City (which is a studio that has made quite a lot of good dubs).

http://www.otakusenvenezuela.com/foro/viewtopic.php?t=501

Seems like there's a lot of heated discussion going on regarding the fact that people aren't happy it will be dubbed over the censored american dub. Apparently the Japanese didn't want to comply to even let them use the original OP and ED's (jerks). People aren't happy. I don't blame them with the disastrous censoramination Inuyasha became.

Frankly I don't get what's the bling with censoring anime when Latin americans don't care about violence and sex anyways. They showed the first episode of Gantaz uncut in several cable channels to promote it and nobody cared (except the poor anie fans who don't have Animax LA of course who were amazed at how strong the show is.. and that it's uncut being showed at 5 pm on a Sunday). Exclamation

I'm looking at the official VA credits, god I can't believe Victor Ugarte is going to dub a leading character. *screams like a fanny girl* I LOVE his voice!!!!!! O_O With him and having Jose Macías acting another regular roles I'll forgive the cuts. Oooh, Cesar Arias is there too, this will definitely be a fun dub. Three talented mexican voice actors together I like a lot, ooh!

Too bad the american DVD's won't include the dub.

This question belongs in the general Anime forum, not here.

For North America and Japan, I could answer easily, but for the rest of the world I do not know off hand. I did find these sites:

The Anime Network in the UK

Satellite TV Anime (Europe)
