The mangaka deserves a slap on the face for chosing "Attack on Titans" as the English title. What is that supposed to mean? Are people standing on top of titans and attacking something?
The original Japanese title was "Charge of the Titans" or "The Titans' Advance".
Either way I look forward to the anime. I always wanted to see an anime adaptation of God of War

Wow that's a lotta books.
For comparison I'm currently catching up on the Haruhi light novels, which bills itself on being over 4.5 million books.

I can not wait to see the faces of Japanese otaku when they see how grotesque this anime is going to be!
