No it doesn't. Limited edition BDs are most of the sales of an anime in Japan nowadays; the Fate/Zero release is just the highest grossing because it was a box set instead of a series of singles. If you cut the sales to a sixth(ie, what a single would've gotten) the take is much less absurd.

As I said above once you account for the fact it's a boxset, the price being on par for a cour of Japanese anime LE BDs. Is there any reason you're so quick to insult the people who make this hobby possible?

That comment kinda made me scratch my head, since Fate/Zero was one of the bigger female titles of the year due to all of the attractive guys everywhere in it. Theres a reason why Fate/Zero guys have been all over the top male character polls this year.
