cannot some really good stuff and i no manga uk will get arise as they do have the rights for ghost in the shell in the uk

There's no guarantee. Manga own the original GiTS movie because they were on the production committee, but they don't have that sort of money to splash around these days - they'll have to bid for it like anyone else.
