There are too many Floating islands/cities in Anime, i'm not sure why Castle in the Sky is so special?
there are alot more epic/crazy structures in anime than those. Like Space elevators from Gundam 00. |

Not exactly. There is someone who turns into a chimera of that. He adds an octopus to mix as well. There's also a lake of a drowned god. |

As to the list, weren't the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World all manmade? If so, how does the Ranma (speaking of old lol) get in? I can't say that I'm particularly impressed by the walls in Titan. I hadn't thought of them as some sort of analogue to the Great Wall of China though. If that's what they're intended to be then I believe the creator of Titan failed some history classes. |
