Whats the name of this anime

okay theres this anime with two girls and one is a witch...and they are like in either elemetary or middle school, but ones a witch....and thats all i really know... i really need this so please help Sad

Several titles fit your description. Does the witch girl carry a pink handheld computer-like electronic device with her and need it to cast her spells?
