Yeah, January 2015 is a long time away. They already have the cover art done, one wonders why so long to release a manga.

That might actually be true if the book is heavily censored in Japan and Project-H got the license for the uncensored graphics.
EDIT: If not reverse importation might they possibly worry about reverse scanlation?

Ah, but then Project-H would have to worry about reverse-reverse scanlation. That's why they have to wait.
