So it's the Japanese release of a western release of a Japanese game? My head hurts.

Okay, I'm really, really confused about this.
Project Mirai 2 already has all the same songs and outfits as Project Mirai 1, plus a whole lot more that are only in Project Mirai 2. Thus, there was no reason for them to release Project Mirai 1 in the US if they planned to release Project Mirai 2. If you own Project Mirai 2 its actually pointless to own Project Mirai 1 unless you bought it first, because PM1 is just PM2 with a bunch of missing content. A lot of people were confused about why the english release was going to be a 'combination' of both 1 and 2, but that made sense to me because the japanese PM2 was already basically that.
This, however, doesn't make any sense to me at all. Unless I missed something and the western release was going to include even more bonus content that the japanese Project Mirai 2 didn't have?
Eh either way while I bought the Project Mirai games they really don't hold a candle to the Project Diva proper series and dont have remotely the amount of replay value - once the cuteness factor wears off its honestly kind of boring. But to each their own.
edit= Unless they're actually making PVs for all those songs they just used the niconicodouga PVs for (which annoyed me a lot because damn what a cheap move). That would be nice - I'd love to see Lots of Laugh get a proper game-PV but I still wouldnt pay for a whole extra game just for that.
