Don't know if that's a good or bad thing

Other than Yoshino which could be a hit or miss, this is a surprisingly good looking staff list given Toei's current standards. Maybe this has a shot at being a decent adaption after all

I think the director was involved with Outlaw Star before so I'm fine with that.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what to think. Hongo's not a bad director, but he isn't great either. Kenji Kawaii composing the music is a plus though. Has it said how long this series will be? I wanna check it out, but I'm not sure I'm willing to watch something that s 50 of more episodes. Toei's in charge, so I'm not sure what to expect length-wise.

I had to goto wikipedia inorder to know what World Trigger was all about. Its interesting manga, but i think its to early worry about the anime right now. I'll wait to see the end product before I judge it.

As side note, I would have loved to see another series for Outlaw Star.

I think I liked this show better the first 100 times it came out when it was called [insert pretty much any mech show name here].

...it's not a mecha series, though.

It's not said in this news, but Hitomi Tsuruta is also a character designer in the anime.
