When it got to the end ogf episode 17-or 18 and spoiler[eclair and lumiere died who is that dictator or vice commander of gott that looks like eclair]

Is she a cyborg or android that just assumed power? Confused

Before asking a question about any show think to yourself "should I put spoiler tags in this?" If you answer yes put them in, rather than giving away major plot points.

spoiler[When eclair and lumiere died what was up with all the clones of them two and when they died there was another two girls who called them selves eclair and lumiere and they finished up the series do they have the original memorys as the previous eclair and lumiere? Confused [][/spoiler]
