Congrats. No one can say they've voiced a video game character for that long.

Masako Nozawa is still the definitive Son Goku voice to me. Congratulations!

They have at least 15 more years before they can match her longevity with Goku... Chances are good that she could STILL be around!
I somehow doubt the Fate series will EVER match Dragonball's episode count... Quantity doesn't seem to be TYPE-Moon's game anyway.
Nozawa is at least 73... Other voice actresses including the original voice for Cutie Honey and Fujiko Mine retired when they were in their mid-70s.

This woman is amazing, not everyone can do what she's doing at her age. I am so happy for her.

I thought that record was Ed Boon's for voicing Scorpion in Mortal Kombat since 1992. I know he doesn't do the modern cutscenes, but I thought he still did the in game stuff "Get Over Here!" and what have you.
Still, pretty neat.

At least 15? Try 10. Kana Ueda first voiced Kohaku in 2003, 14 years ago and just a few months later she started voicing Tohsaka Rin. It might not seem like it, but it's been quite a few years since.
Also, she's still on her early 30's.

A record that shouldn't have been, ya know, since Goku grew up and all.

And here I just thought they re-used the audio from the show for the games.

Nah. Super Buu is the best example. In the video games, his line "Saikyou Majin no tanjou da" is mostly used by his Ultimate Form, while in the anime, it's his Gotenks Form that says this line like in the manga.
Anyway, I guess the reason why Toshio Furukawa, Ryo Horikawa or Mayumi Tanaka didn't receive such awards is probably because that they don't appear in every DB game. Goku has to be in every game since he's the protagonist.

The first one is not relevant to this record at all since she was in the anime series only. Naoko Takano is the official voice for Kohaku and she actually started earlier (2002) and in a game (Melty Blood).
