Why we should care for TV version ?

Cause hella people appreciate this series for more than the hackneyed ecchi stuff?

Early on there aren't even that many ecchi scenes, anyway. What I'm really worried about is how the action will be handled. I don't have high hopes for its quality, unfortunately, and the action scenes are really good in the manga, so it's a shame.
