Can't say I'm complaining! This is a very new LN, though, so that's interesting.

I know the artist Z-Ton from his (or her) excellent hentai works. Actually most monstergirl things I know started out in hentai, hence I believe the best monstergirl art can only be found in hentai circles. I assume the skill hentai artists gain from drawing detailed genitalia extends to a deeper appreciation for other anatomical minutiae including non-human anatomy. which at least partly explains the abundance of monstergirls in hentai.
