I know this isn't a hentai forum but I don’t know where else I can post this question. It is rather easy to find recommendations of ordinary anime titles on the web. But where does one go to find hentai titles recommended?
It doesn't take much imagination to predict the result of a search on the web including the word hentai, so that is out of the question. I've read some of the reviews on Animeondvd.com but the things that the reviewer finds important are not what I look for in a hentai title. So are there any hentai specific forums on the net? Or something else that would be helpful in this matter? |

Basically I view Hentai as being porn so I put emphasis on the, eh well, sex scenes, art style and animation quality.

I think ANN should open a hentai/ecchi forum.

AnimeonDVD.com reviews a lot of hentai. The site has no spesific hentai forum, but people regularly discuss it in the main anime forums.

heh beat me to it  great site, great reviews (surprised me when I found out main reviewer was a woman), even gives links to places that sell it. only problem... the pink backround hurts the eyes.

Great site for informative reviews plus screen captures. It isn't updated very often, but the reviews are entertaining to read. Who else would compare G-Taste to the artwork of R. Crumb? |

Maybe there should be a hentai board.... Well anyway [url]www.totse.com [/url] has a hentai forum on it I don't post there but one of the staff writers at the fanzine I edit posts there a lot and regails the rest of us with humerous "H" stories. As for reviews I'm sure you can find links on Anipike.

A hentai board would cause a lot of controversey between the members and probably end up getting into a arguement. This is the last thin ANN wants so it would be a tough decision to put a hentai board up based on the members.

I don't see why there should be a controversy between the members. After all the majority of people who will be posting on that board would be the ones who are interested in Hentai. And what's wrong with an occasional argument? It's perfectly healthy (as long as people don't call each other names of course). |
