Hime-chan's Ribbon is one of the many pre-Sailor Moon old school magical girl anime and manga series I would love to see licensed for the US.

Yes, both! And now, I've got the theme song stuck in my head.
There is definitely a backlog when it comes to getting shojo, especially anime, over here.
