Isn't Worlds End Harem: Fantasia itself a spinoff of Worlds End Harem? Or at least the same story in a different universe.

They only share a name. Fantasia's premise, setting, and characters are entirely removed from its parent series. This new spinoff sounds like it might have more in common with World's End Harem, if anything.
