Super interesting interview. Thanks for this! I'd love ot see more of their hardware and software solutions for this. I really don't like Zoom due to security issues and am still blown away by how popular it has become. I'm glad they're saying they'll keep this option around in the future.

Neither had I. The author might want to clarify that for other readers.
I'm also curious, when they say it's taken "3 or 4 times longer" to complete sessions, how long did they originally take, give or take?
