Oh, wow!
I recall enjoying this series when getting it through less legal means years ago since no legal options existed for me to see it through streaming nor physical release. Might be tempted to pick it up if I have the shelf space in my collection for it. |

So Shout Factory are releasing in NA, where does Anime Limited fit into that? Are Shout Factory using Anime Limiteds Blu-Ray and recoding it like a sub-license.

That's what I'd imagine it amounts to, since they already had announced B: The Beginning. Shout! Factory are likely entering a partnership with Anime Limited, so hopefully this will only lead to more of the latter's stuff coming over. Still, this news regarding Bartender is awesome, and I'll definitely be grabbing the physical release. |

I can help with that - The rights for Bartender are Anime Ltd's for the USA first and foremost. Shout Factory's role is distributing our product. - Anime Ltd are producing the product, discs and packaging for the release too. We're doing a few more titles nowadays in the USA and it makes sense to work with someone for distribution. Unlike other distributors we work with in other territory's, Shout is more front-facing too given they have their own labels too - which is always nice as more people shouting out the title never hurts! Hope this helps! Andrew, Anime Limited |

I am totally astonished at this coming out in the West. Super excited to pick it up and really thrilled at what Shout Factory keeps helping to put out lately.

After all these years? Damn, I might try to get it imported (albeit without success because my country's post system sucks)

The excellent Lunar fansub of Bartender was available on YouTube for years. No longer.

Oh hell yes, Bartender is great! Definitely a must-buy for me.
Also since it seems that we have an Anime Ltd. staffer watching this thread, I'd like to bring up that in NA we never got a release of Samurai Flamenco from Aniplex and that's a show that I would love to own on blu-ray, assuming that you guys still have the rights to it; just a suggestion. |

Is there any way to convince Anime Limited/Shout to consider a dub for this release? I would gladly support a crowdfunding effort.

Will it be getting a dub? I'm still going to buy this, just curious.
