It's a Ubukata work, which means that I have to follow in tow as usual.

All action and scenery in the unexplored parts of the Moon will be illustrated using an innovative type of animation unlike any seen before.

Interesting. Those words now have to deliver.

Now THIS is something I'm truly excited about. Please, for the love of God, be more than 5-6 episodes. I'm starting to get kinda bummed by all these super promising Netflix shows like Vampire in the Garden or Yasuke that, while being really good (specially Vampire in the garden) could have been so much better if they had been given 12-13 episodes... anyways, super happy that this has been finally confirmed (I remember hearing something about this project 2-3 years ago and I thought it had been pretty much canned).

Well that's a pretty cool illustr-*sees creator*- OH.

Even putting aside Ubukata's private life, the man's entire creative output seems to be working on projects I should like but never do (and yes, that includes Chevalier d'Eon). For me he's always been an example of someone whose interests and actual talent never quite matching, so i'm not expecting much different here.
